Oaks of Justice

(Artwork above by Barbara Sokolow)

"This Tree is for me Eternal Salvation. It feeds me and I pasture in it. In its roots I sink my roots. In its branches I spread my arms. In its dew I become inebriated. In its Spirit, as a caressing breeze, I am made fecund. In its shadow I have placed my tent and I have found shade from the summer's heat. In its flowers I blossom. In its fruits I find my delight and I freely gather the fruits destined for me from the beginning. This Tree nourishes my hunger, sates my thirst, and clothes my nakedness. Its leaves are the Spirit of Life and not fig leaves. This Tree is my safeguard when I fear God. I lean against it when I am about to fall, a reward in battle, a trophy in victory. For me this Tree is the Narrow path, the Narrow way; it is Jacob's Ladder and the way of the Angels on whose summit the LORD rests."
(From an Ancient Paschal homily by Hippolytus)

Our Mission Statement:

We, the members of Oaks of Justice, called to be "planted by the Lord to show His Glory", dedicate ourselves to spread the Good News of Salvation in Jesus Christ.
We encourage all to embrace a passionate life of holiness and a mystical union with the Eternal Word who became one of us. We freely die to ourselves so that Christ may live fully in us.
Through our music, testimony, and teaching we hope to journey ever deeper into the mystery of our Lord's sacrificial, Eucharistic love. We pray to continually ignite the fire of holy service in ourselves and those with whom we share.
We minister to a diversity of peoples and ages combining a variety of styles and influences, thereby embracing the Universality of our Catholic Faith.
Remaining faithful to God through the Bishop of Rome and the Magisterium of the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic Church, we obediently go forth to proclaim God's coming Justice and Infinite Mercy to the ends of the Earth!

For these 12 days may we pray and offer ourselves wholly unto the Timeless baby Jesus, our LORD. Amen!

Let everyone be struck with fear,
let the whole world tremble,
and let the heavens exult
when Christ, the Son of the living God,
is present on the alter in the hands of a priest!
O wonderful loftiness and stupendous dignity!
O sublime humility!
O humble sublimity!

The Lord of the universe,
God and the Son God,
so humbles Himself, that for our salvation,
He hides Himself
under an ordinary piece of bread!

Brothers, look at the humility of God,
and pour out your hearts before Him!
Humble yourselves
that you may be exalted by Him!
Hold back nothing of yourselves for yourselves,
that He who gives Himself totally to you
may receive you totally!

We pray you have a blessed and Spirit-filled New Year!!!

Thank you for your time and interest in "the Mission" of this Ministry.  If you are new to us... welcome!  If you are visiting again... welcome back!  And if you are a regular... thank you for your faithfulness.  It has been an exciting, growing and sometimes trying three years of public work in the "Vineyard" of the LORD for us.  (I am sure all of our volunteers would testify to this reality.)  Yet this Ministry team is still afloat, praise God!  Not just afloat but cruzzzin into new and exciting seas of evangelization.

To all you souls seeking deep roots in the WORD of GOD... branching out
to your Creator whose reflection shimmers in all created things I say...

Sit. Kneel. Stand. Pray. Make yourself at home in the palace of the
King of Kings.
Focus. Breath. Release and receive... stay the beating hearts of the
ones now pleading.
Time. Thoughts. Dreams. Emotions. Each of all of these must yield to
the movement.
Spirit of Peace and reconciliation find the lost ones... long forgotten.
Heal the lonely. find the lost ones... long forgotten.

This is a sacred moment. This is a holy hour. Come take all I can
offer.  Come heal this broken child.
This is a sacred moment. This is a holy hour. Come take all I can
offer.  Come fill the emptiness inside.

(A preview of our unfinished song called "Seed of Eternity".)

      So pray like the Blessed Mother Mary..."Plant
in me the Seed of Eternity" and watch what what God is going to do this
year in your life!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      May the LORD be with you and bless you. May He shine His Glorious face upon you all and give you His peace.
Always ready to serve for the Glory of God and salvation of souls,
~Robe~
"Blessed are those who walk not in the counsel of the wicked, whose delight is the law of the LORD. On His word they meditate day and night. They are like a tree planted by the Living water that bring forth good fruit in due season" (Psalm 1, Verses 1-3).
